In a second statement by the police, it has been confirmed that a police officer and others, including the believed attacker, have been killed, bringing the official known death toll to four. It has also been confirmed that at least 20 people have been injured, but police have not provided an exact figure. They also declined to comment on whether the attacker was known to the police, nor did they comment on the number of arrests made. As of now, they suspect there was only one attacker, but the investigation is still ongoing.

According to NBC, the White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer has revealed that President Donald Trump has spoken with Theresa May (he was briefed on the situation earlier), but the exact nature of their conversation is not yet known.

More as it comes.
